Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may not do when using Stowplan. It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
No unlawful cargo planning
You may not use Stowplan to plan, document, or facilitate the loading of cargo that is illegal to transport, misdeclared, or intended to evade customs, safety, or dangerous-goods regulations.
No scraping or reselling
You may not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from Stowplan, or copy, resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service or its outputs as your own, without our prior written permission.
No share-link abuse
Share links exist so you can send a real load plan to a colleague, carrier, or customer. You may not use share links to distribute spam, phishing content, malware, or any content unrelated to a genuine load plan.
No bypassing tier limits
You may not attempt to circumvent plan limits — such as the number of containers per plan, saved plans, or active share links on the free plan — through multiple accounts, automation, or other technical workarounds.
No disrupting the service
You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to Stowplan or the systems it depends on.
Consequences
Violating this policy may result in revocation of the relevant share link, removal of content, or suspension or closure of your account, at our discretion. If you believe someone is misusing Stowplan, email hello@stowplan.app.
