Terms of Service
Last updated July 15, 2026.
These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern access to and use of Stowplan, a container load-planning service operated by the Stowplan team (Stowplan, we, us, or our). By creating an account or otherwise using Stowplan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The service
Stowplan is software for planning how cargo is loaded into shipping containers. When you enter a cargo list, our load-planning engine runs directly in your browser to compute a 3D stowage plan, a loading sequence, and dock-ready output sheets. If you save a plan or create a share link, the resulting plan document is stored in your account so you can revisit, share, or print it later.
Accounts and acceptable use
Some features, including saving plans and creating share links, require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Your use of Stowplan is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out prohibited uses of the Service. Violating that policy is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Free and paid plans
Stowplan offers a free plan and paid plans. The free plan allows up to 1 container per plan, up to 5 saved plans, and up to 20 active share links, with share pages and PDF exports carrying a Stowplan watermark. Pro removes those limits and the watermark for $19/mo or $190/yr. A Day Pass gives 24 hours of Pro-level access for $9, useful for a single job without a subscription. We may change these plans, their limits, or their prices going forward; the current plans and pricing are always available on our pricing page.
Payments and Merchant of Record
All payments for paid plans are processed by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every purchase made through Stowplan. As Merchant of Record, Creem is the seller of record for tax and receipt purposes: Creem bills you, issues your receipt or invoice, and is responsible for calculating and remitting any sales tax or VAT that applies to your purchase. Your payment statement will show a charge from Creem rather than from Stowplan directly.
Renewal and cancellation
Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until canceled. Subscription cancellation is available from your account page when Creem has provided a billing-portal link for your subscription; otherwise, email hello@stowplan.app and we will cancel it for you. Cancellation stops future renewals but takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for — you keep Pro access until then. A Day Pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel: it simply expires automatically after 24 hours.
Verify before you load
Stowplan produces computational estimates. A load plan is generated from the cargo dimensions, weights, and constraints you provide, and it is only as accurate as that input. Before physically loading a container, you must independently verify weight distribution, cargo securing, and compliance with all applicable regulations, including any carrier, port, and transport-mode requirements. Stowplan accepts no liability for damage to cargo, containers, vehicles, or any other property arising from loading carried out using a Stowplan output.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if required to do so by law. You may stop using Stowplan and close your account at any time by contacting us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Stowplan after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
