Refund Policy

Last updated July 15, 2026.

This Refund Policy explains when you can get a refund for a Stowplan purchase and how refunds are handled. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

Pro subscriptions — first purchase

If you are purchasing a Pro subscription (monthly or yearly) for the first time, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial charge, for any reason. Email hello@stowplan.app from the email address you used to purchase, and we will process your refund.

Pro subscriptions — renewals

For a renewal charge on an existing Pro subscription, you can request a refund within 7 days of that charge. Email us and we will review your request.

Day Pass

A Day Pass ($9 for 24 hours of Pro-level access) is refundable only if it was not used — meaning no plan was saved or shared at any point during its 24-hour validity window. Once a plan has been saved or shared during an active Day Pass, that Day Pass is no longer refundable.

How refunds are processed

All Stowplan purchases are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. The two roles are worth separating: Stowplan determines whether a refund is eligible, using the windows and conditions set out on this page — they are ours, not Creem’s, and Creem imposes no separate refund window of its own. Creem then executes an approved refund, returning the money to your original payment method, because Creem is the party that took the payment. How long the refund takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, not on Stowplan or Creem.

How to request a refund

Email hello@stowplan.app from the same email address you used to make the purchase, and let us know the approximate purchase date so we can locate your order. We aim to respond to every refund request within a few business days. You can also contact Creem support directly at support@creem.io, since Creem holds the payment record for your order — either route reaches a refund.

Before you contact your bank

If something is wrong with a charge, please come to us or to Creem first. Almost everything — a duplicate charge, a renewal you meant to cancel, a purchase that simply did not work out — is faster to fix directly than through a chargeback, and Creem’s buyer terms ask you to contact them before initiating one with your bank. Write to hello@stowplan.app or support@creem.io and we will sort it out.
